If you don't supply your own press kits, etc. (for us to distribute) we can help you assemble them but you're going to have to pay a reasonable rate for time & materials.  We vigorously encourage new artists and bands to actively take control of as much of your own management and promotion as you can. We're currently taking booking contracts only.  (Sorry, no management or promotion contracts) .

PLEASE NOTE:   All promo packages (press kits) must be sent to the Trinidad office and must at the very least include the following:

CD; BIO; PICTURES; SONG LIST; CONTACT INFO

To the promoters:

Regional Artist fees are confidential by nature and will only be quoted upon receipt of a serious professional inquiry. Please be prepared to wire a binder AFTER YOUR OFFER IS SENT TO US, consideration will only be given after binder is sent, please also note that a 50% deposit is required when a Regional Act accepts your offer. 

Please allow up to 7 days for consideration of your offers. These acts range in price anywhere from $5,500 up to $75,000 and beyond on some and for the most part the fees are negotiable.  If an artists has more than one offer in any given weekend, preference will be given to the highest offer and the largest venue.

Once you are notified as to the acceptance of your offer, or the artist's counter-offer you will be given 7 days to forward your deposit. Bookings should be made atleast 6 weeks in advance.

Please do not contact us for queries unless you intend to book an arist, we only entertain serious bookings.
